Anna Frey und Flo Stoffner machen als Duo Anna&Stoffner schon seit über zehn Jahren zusammen Musik. Nun erscheint zum ersten mal eine EP, auf der die Beiden auf ein Drum verzichtet haben und die ganz im Zeichen der freien Improvisation steht. Dabei rücken die Texte von Anna Frey noch mehr in den Vordergrund und können ihre Poesie ein mal abseits eines Rap-Flows entfalten. Die Gitarren-Klänge von Flo Stoffner- der mittlerweile eine international gefragte Grösse in der Improvisations-Szene ist- und der gesprochene Text führen einen Dialog, wie man ihn in der Schweiz noch nie zu hören bekommen hat. Die Sprache wird hier zu Musik und die Musik zu Sprache und trotzdem bleibt jedes für sich. Kein Wortspiel nur um seiner selbst willen, stets gibt der Inhalt den Takt an und kein Geklimper nur zur Untermalung, immer ist die musikalische Dringlichkeit spürbar. Diese EP verlangt nach Aufmerksamkeit und fordert gängige Hör-Gewohnheiten heraus. Eine Bereicherung ebenso für die Schweizer Spoken-Word-Szene als auch für die improvisierte Musik.
